Respecting skit 2/12/19

In term 4 me and my friend have been doing a thing called Respecting Skit. It is all about bullying play thing which we are going to record on are Chromebooks but we are not finished yet we are half way but we have been doing it because in schools and stuff people have bullying week after week. Logo design

My poem 16/9/19

In 2018 I forgot to post this but now I am. When are teacher asked us to do free writing I deiced to do something different I deiced to do acrostic poem this was in Easter so I did this some of it rhymes but so doesn't. I deiced to do this because I wanted to do something different and new also I was looking a poem and they inspired me so that's why I did it. My holiday recount 22/6/19

Ice skating with my cousin 

Hello I'm Teah and today I am going to tell you what I did in the holiday, This was one of the best holiday but except with Christmas day but anyway this was at night and what I did was that my cousin asked I could go Ice Skating with them so I asked my mum and of course she said yes but so I texted my cousin that mum said but I also said good night because I was pretty tired so I went to bed. The next day I woke up just normal day but my mum had to go training but the thing is I forgot all about the Ice skating so got ready and we were about to until my mum got a text from my Aunty saying is Teah ready that's when I started freaking so I quickly got into warm clothes and rushed into the car I was so excited. So we were there and you can't believe how excited I was but I was kind of nervous but I fall over a couple a time but that 's alright I had a good time anyway thank you for reading have a good day please comment if you been Ice skating.       

Winter sports 26/8/19

Hi I'm Teah and today I will be talking about what happens on Fridays. So on Fridays we wouldn't do much work the most things we would do was sport. Sport wasn't like stay at school and do sports we would go out of school and go to Hagley & Rawhiti some people go Youth town which is these people do fun things and some sports but they some times go out of school. I go to Hagley to play netball it is really fun but we only lost 2 games which is not bad On the 2 3rd of August that was Hagley's & Rawhiti's last game even for Youth town too, But For are last netball game we won as you can see but while we were playing sports we herd that we made it in the winter tournament it was really stressful but it wasn't about winning it was about having fun but we won 2 games and lost 5 sadly but at least we didn't lose none but now that's all i'm going to talk about thank you for reading have nice day also comment what sports you play.

My house in the future 2.7.19

On the start of term 3 Room 11 started  doing Area and Perimeter and on Thursday 1st August we started doing it and my teacher deiced to do this your future house but this isn't my future house this is just for work but it was really fun we had to measure it and stuff but to be honest it was really easy but comment down below if you know Area and Perimeter thank you for reading.

For Writing in room 11 we were learning how to make a good ad but also how to make a good logo because we were doing this design for a new logo thing but we are not changing are logo or anything. Persuasive writing 31/7/19

On Tuesday the 30th of July Room 11 doing some Persuasive writing. So far we have done is try and make a ad like you see on YouTube. This is what I have done you can't actually get this kitten for real this is just random photos of kittens we also used theses 5 keys like Logo, Pathos, Ethos and Kairos. Anyway would you take this kitten?

My tessellation 20/05/2019

This term we are learning about symmetry and at week 4 rooms 10 and 11 did this thing on google drawings called a tessellation. We watched this video what is a tessellation and they showed us 3 tapes of tessellation the 1st one was a square one like what I did and the 2nd one was a triangle one which is really hard every shape has to be the same and the last one is the pentagon which is harder than the triangle one don't worry I have tried it's really really hard. So we had to pick out of those 3 and of course I chose the easiest one because all of my shapes are the same size. Thank you for looking and make shore you look at some other stuff and have you ever did a tessellation before?

On week 2 room 11 and room 10 did this science experiment how to make a lava lamp but we are  actually learning  how to write a report but we did an experiment and it was so cool you try it at home just look at the plan and my report and just ask your mum or your dad and try it, it's really fun.

Symmetry 13/05/2019

What is symmetry?
well I will tell you this week my class is learning about symmetry,
Symmetry is fun when you do it you get to do things like this and make a google drawing.
Symmetry is when there is this invisible line called line of symmetry.
 It tells you that the other side is the same like what I did in my google drawings and we also had to do is count how many lines of symmetry is this is all I have to say thank you for reading please comment on my blog and thank you again.

3D shapes 10/5/19

  This week in week 2 for math's room 11 and room 10  are learning about 3D shapes and measurement So far we are counting how many faces, edges and vertices.
We have also made some nets which are this that constructs your 3D shape I made triangle pyramid and a cube. Then through out this week we have also did a work sheet the was based on 3D shapes like how many faces, edges and corners it was really fun to do this, we even made are own net that was really fun.

Our new playground 1/05/2019

The carrot race 26.10.19

On Friday the 26th me and other classes we got to make carrot cars that was really fun but the year 6's didn't do it because they had cycle safety so the year 5's did it. After we made the carrot cars we had a compaction me and my friend came last but we won the best looking carrot car it was so fun it was the best day ever. At the end of the day the people that won the best looking and the people that won the race for 1st and 2nd they will get a prize which was a lolly which was OK but I was proud of me and my friend and that what really matters.

 Kia ora I am Teah I'm a student at Parkview Parua School, I am a year 6 and i'm 10 years old.

My favorite things to do is playing sports, swimming and reading,

Most of the time I spend time with family and sometimes ride horse's.

Me and family got a lot of animals we have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 goldfish, 1 bunny and a horse that we are leasing.

Most of the time I ride my sister's friend horse because he is smaller than the horse that we are leasing.

My favorite food is sushi and burgers and my favorite dessert is sticky date pudding with caramel sauce and custard Yum!

Also my favorite animal is big cats they are beautiful and cute and  my favorite movie is Harry Potter the deathly hallows part 1 and part 2 and my Hogwarts house is Ravenclaw.
